This is why we developed an automated ordering station that will be situated at the entrance of the retail chain stores, managing the queue and allowing customers to pre-order everything they want remotely, at a push of a button, without waiting a minute in line.
As soon as the order is ready, the system will send a text message to the customer and invite them to come pick it up from the counter.
